DEVICE III PARTICIPANT SCHEDULE 

Activities are listed below!

Arrive from 8:30 am to  8:45 am.  We start at 9 am.  5 pm is the set end point unless you would like to continue later on!

Bring workout clothing and a toothbrush!  You will need food to eat throughout the day as well.  Plan for light meals multiple times rather than a big lunch.

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD EXPECT TO ATTEMPT AT LEAST ½ OF THESE ACTIVITIES!

 DRIVING

    1. Highway – 15 minutes
    2. City – 15 minutes
    3. Country/Parking Lot – 15 minutes
  1. FITNESS
    1. Slow Walking – 4 sessions, 5 minutes each
    2. Walking – 4 sessions, 8 minutes each
    3. Fast Walking – 4 sessions, 7 minutes each
    4. Jogging – 4 sessions, 5 minutes each
    5. Run – 3 session, 5 minutes each (10 second run, 20 second walk)
    6. Biking – road – 3 sessions, 10 minutes each
    7. Biking – not paved – 3 sessions, 10 minutes each
    8. Biking – stationary – 2 sessions, 10 minutes each
    9. Stairs – 2 sessions, 5 minutes each
  2. HOUSEHOLD
    1. Brush teeth – 3 sessions, 3 minutes each
    2. Desk work – 3 sessions, 10 minutes each
    3. Cooking – 4 minutes
    4. Chopping – 4 minutes
    5. Stirring– 4 minutes
    6. Cleaning– 4 minutes
    7. Load Dishwasher – 3 sessions, 4 minutes
    8. Mixed– 15 minutes
    9. Wash Hands– 2 sessions, 3 minutes each
    10. Stack shelf – 3 sessions, 4 minutes each
    11. Push Stroller – 2 sessions, 5 minutes each
    12. Walk with hands in pockets – 3 sessions, 5 minutes each
    13. Eating – 2 sessions, 10 minutes each
