The original Fitness Wave began in Southern California over 15 years ago and has expanded into many locations across the United States.
Fitness Wave Northern California
We are a small family owned and operated business. We have provided fitness assesments in the Bay Area for 5 years. Our home base is in San Jose where we will occasionally offer drop in testing, but the majority of our testing happens at the host locations we have partnered with from Santa Cruz to Sacramento.
Mom answers the phones and handles the scheduling. Son provides the testing, maintenance of the truck, and web site development. Dad was a great source of money to get us going.
